## Frequently asked questions

### What is the Lead2Team reviews card?

It is a feature (Review Mode) that turns each professional's digital card into a tool for gathering reviews. You can share it via QR code, NFC, or direct link. The customer rates their experience from 1 to 5 stars directly on their phone — no apps, no complicated steps.

### Does the customer need to install an app to leave a review?

No. They just scan the QR code, tap the NFC card, or open the link in their browser and rate in seconds, with no friction.

### Why request reviews through each individual team member?

Reviews that come in through a specific professional build more trust and convert at a higher rate. The customer values the person they dealt with — not the company in a generic way — which makes the experience more personal and raises the likelihood of them leaving a review.

### How does the ratings filter work?

If the rating is positive, the customer is taken straight to the public profile — Google, Trustpilot or Tripadvisor — to post their review. If it's negative, they first see a form to leave internal feedback and, at the bottom, a button to go to the public profile if they wish. We comply with current regulations: every customer has access to the public profile, regardless of their rating.

### Which platforms can reviews be published on?

Google, Trustpilot and Tripadvisor. You can enable one or several, depending on the ones your company uses.

### How does the team share the reviews card?

From the digital card, by enabling Review Mode — the QR code updates and the customer scans it to reach the rating page. You can also send the link by WhatsApp or email.

### Can each employee have their own reviews link?

Yes. You can set up a personalized link for each person or use a shared one for the whole company. You decide, based on how you want to manage your ratings.

### What happens if I change my Google Business profile or listing?

You just update the destination link from the dashboard. The change is applied automatically across all of the team's cards, QR codes and NFC — with no need to reprint or reconfigure anything.

### Can I use an NFC card exclusively for reviews?

Yes. You can set up an NFC card to open the reviews page directly when held near the customer's phone. Ideal for counters, field sales reps or customer service staff. You can also order them customized with your logo and corporate image.

### Can I see how it's going and keep the team engaged?

Yes. The dashboard gives you the full history —date, stars, and whether the review was published or stayed as internal feedback— broken down by person, team or location.

It isn't meant as a yardstick for measuring anyone. It's for the ordinary things a team does: seeing which moment of the interaction works best for asking, sharing it in Monday's meeting, and thanking whoever is bringing reviews in. A review isn't squeezed out of people: it happens when the team remembers to ask, and that is kept alive with recognition, not with a leaderboard.

### When does the delivery time start counting?

When **we approve your design**, not when you pay. Until then the order is in your hands: you can upload the artwork the same day or two weeks later.

The days we quote are **business days** (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) and start counting on the **next business day** after approval. If we approve on a Friday afternoon, day one is Monday.

### What if the delivery is delayed?

Delivery times are **good-faith estimates**, not a guaranteed date: the last leg is in a carrier's hands. We commit to delivering within a **maximum of 30 calendar days** from design approval.

Delays caused by an **incomplete or wrong address**, by **nobody being there** at delivery or the parcel being refused, by **customs**, or by **force majeure** (storms, strikes, carrier incidents) are not on us. In those cases we reschedule the delivery with you; a second shipment due to a wrong address or repeated absence may carry a cost, and we tell you beforehand.

None of this affects your rights: if the order does not arrive within the maximum period, you can ask us to deliver within a reasonable additional period and, failing that, cancel and get your money back. And while the parcel travels the risk is ours: if it is lost or arrives damaged, we sort it out.
