# Terms of sale

> Terms for buying NFC cards at lead2team.com: seller, prices, payment, invoice, warranty and claims.

**These terms govern the purchase of NFC cards at lead2team.com.** They do not apply to the Lead2Team software subscription, which has its own terms.

### Who sells

Lead2Team Technologies SL, tax ID B72909146, registered at C/ Llacuna 162, 08018 Barcelona (España). For anything about an order, write to [support@lead2team.com](mailto:support@lead2team.com).

### What we sell

NFC cards personalised with the design each customer sends us. Every card is made for that specific order: it is not a catalogue item we hold in stock.

The maximum per order is 100 units. For larger quantities, write to us and we will arrange it separately.

### Prices

Prices are shown in euros with VAT included. The unit price drops with quantity, and the full scale is on each product page. Shipping is calculated by destination and shown before you pay.

For shipments outside the European Union, and to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the price does not include Spanish VAT. Customs duties and import taxes are payable by the buyer.

### How the order is placed

- You choose model, quantity and destination, and pay.

- You get a confirmation email with the invoice attached and a link to upload your design.

- We review the final artwork with you and approve it together.

- We print and ship.

The contract is formed when you receive the confirmation email. We do not start production until you sign off the design.

### Payment methods

Payment is processed by Stripe. We accept cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express) and Link. We never have access to your card details.

### Invoice

We issue the invoice automatically once payment is confirmed and attach it to the confirmation email. If you need it in your company's name, enter the tax ID during checkout.

### Warranty

Cards carry the three-year legal guarantee of conformity. If a card arrives faulty or stops working through a manufacturing defect, we replace it at no cost.

The guarantee does not cover errors in the design you supplied and approved, nor damage from misuse.

### Cancellation and returns

As these are personalised products, the right of withdrawal does not apply once production starts. The full conditions, and the window in which you can cancel, are in [Returns and withdrawal](https://lead2team.com/en/returns).

### Claims and governing law

For any claim write to [support@lead2team.com](mailto:support@lead2team.com). If you are not satisfied, you may turn to the consumer authorities of your region. These terms are governed by Spanish law.
