How to Activate a Lead2Team Account
Activate your Lead2Team account and pick the plan that fits your team.
Trial period
The first 7 days are a trial, with no credit card and no lock-in. During the trial you have access to the whole platform; when it ends, you pick a plan and pay only for the users you add.
Prices and plans
There are three plans. Pricing is per user per month, paid monthly or yearly:
- Individual: free, for one person, never expires and needs no credit card. It shows “Made with Lead2Team”.
- Teams: €2.50 per user per month billed yearly (€30 per user per year) or €2.99 per month billed monthly, from 2 users. 7-day trial with no credit card and no lock-in.
- Enterprise: custom pricing for companies that need their own contract, security questionnaires, invoicing with a purchase order, tailored integrations or hands-on support.
- Prices exclude VAT. No tax applies for customers outside Spain.
How the Teams plan is billed
By card, from your own account, choosing monthly or yearly billing. You pay for each user with an active card: if you add someone mid-period you pay the proportional part, and if you remove them they stop counting at the next renewal. The invoice is issued automatically with your tax ID.
If your company needs its own terms
A tailored contract and data processing agreement, IT questionnaires, bank transfer with a purchase order, integration with your CRM or HR software: that's the Enterprise plan. Write to [email protected] or ask for a proposal from the pricing page.
Physical NFC cards
Physical NFC cards are an optional add-on to the software. They are bought with a one-off payment at the time of purchase.

How to take out a plan
- Go to Subscription in the side menu
- Select how many cards you want to activate
- Choose the billing currency: USD or EUR
- Click Subscribe to go to the checkout
- Enter your billing details
- Choose the payment method and complete the payment
The invoice is issued automatically and sent by email.

Managing your subscription
At any point you can:
- Add more cards to your plan
- Remove cards you no longer need
- Cancel the service
To make any of these changes, go to Subscription in your dashboard.
