Don't make the customer work
Hold out the card and your listing appears. No searching for the business, no explaining.
No app
NFC plus a printed QR code as backup.
Change the destination
Move your listing and it re-points without reprinting.
Unlimited use
No per-tap fees and no expiry.
One tap
Hold out the card. Your review page opens.
The customer does not search for your business or scan anything. They tap their phone on the card and the rating screen appears, stars already in front of them.

- Printed QR code in case NFC is switched off
- Change the destination listing whenever you want, without reprinting
How it works
From card to review in four steps
01Order your card
Pick platform and quantity. After paying you upload your design and we review it with you before printing.
02Connect your listing
Paste the link to your Google, Trustpilot or Tripadvisor listing. That is the only thing to set up.
03Put it where you say goodbye
At the counter, with the bill or at reception. Where the customer already has their phone in hand.
04Reviews start coming in
Change the destination listing whenever you want from the panel, without reprinting anything.

Shipping and delivery times
Produced in 2 working days. Then: Spain 2-3 days (€4.99) or express in 24 h (€29); European Union 5-7 days (€7.99); rest of the world 7-14 days (€44.99). You'll get the tracking number by email as soon as it ships. Times are estimates and depend on the carrier: they can vary and are not a guaranteed date.
International orders
Outside the European Union we ship with duties and taxes unpaid (DDU): customs in the destination country may charge fees on delivery that we cannot predict or collect in advance.
Returns and warranty
Every card is made and programmed to order (logo, colours, names and digital destination), so once the design is approved and production has started the right of withdrawal does not apply (art. 103.c of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007).
This does not affect your legal rights: if a card arrives faulty, misprinted or wrongly programmed, we replace it at no cost. Write to [email protected].
NFC compatibility
iPhone (XS or later): hold the card against the upper back of the phone. Android: against the centre back. No app needed.
NFC may not respond if the phone lacks it, has it switched off, is in battery-saver mode, locked on some models, or has the camera open. For those cases the card carries a printed QR code.

Frequently asked questions
- It is a feature (Review Mode) that turns each professional's digital card into a tool for gathering reviews. You can share it via QR code, NFC, or direct link. The customer rates their experience from 1 to 5 stars directly on their phone — no apps, no complicated steps.
- No. They just scan the QR code, tap the NFC card, or open the link in their browser and rate in seconds, with no friction.
- Reviews that come in through a specific professional build more trust and convert at a higher rate. The customer values the person they dealt with — not the company in a generic way — which makes the experience more personal and raises the likelihood of them leaving a review.
- If the rating is positive, the customer is taken straight to the public profile — Google, Trustpilot or Tripadvisor — to post their review. If it's negative, they first see a form to leave internal feedback and, at the bottom, a button to go to the public profile if they wish. We comply with current regulations: every customer has access to the public profile, regardless of their rating.
- Google, Trustpilot and Tripadvisor. You can enable one or several, depending on the ones your company uses.
- From the digital card, by enabling Review Mode — the QR code updates and the customer scans it to reach the rating page. You can also send the link by WhatsApp or email.
- Yes. You can set up a personalized link for each person or use a shared one for the whole company. You decide, based on how you want to manage your ratings.
- You just update the destination link from the dashboard. The change is applied automatically across all of the team's cards, QR codes and NFC — with no need to reprint or reconfigure anything.
- Yes. You can set up an NFC card to open the reviews page directly when held near the customer's phone. Ideal for counters, field sales reps or customer service staff. You can also order them customized with your logo and corporate image.
Yes. The dashboard gives you the full history —date, stars, and whether the review was published or stayed as internal feedback— broken down by person, team or location.
It isn't meant as a yardstick for measuring anyone. It's for the ordinary things a team does: seeing which moment of the interaction works best for asking, sharing it in Monday's meeting, and thanking whoever is bringing reviews in. A review isn't squeezed out of people: it happens when the team remembers to ask, and that is kept alive with recognition, not with a leaderboard.
When we approve your design, not when you pay. Until then the order is in your hands: you can upload the artwork the same day or two weeks later.
The days we quote are business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) and start counting on the next business day after approval. If we approve on a Friday afternoon, day one is Monday.
Delivery times are good-faith estimates, not a guaranteed date: the last leg is in a carrier's hands. We commit to delivering within a maximum of 30 calendar days from design approval.
Delays caused by an incomplete or wrong address, by nobody being there at delivery or the parcel being refused, by customs, or by force majeure (storms, strikes, carrier incidents) are not on us. In those cases we reschedule the delivery with you; a second shipment due to a wrong address or repeated absence may carry a cost, and we tell you beforehand.
None of this affects your rights: if the order does not arrive within the maximum period, you can ask us to deliver within a reasonable additional period and, failing that, cancel and get your money back. And while the parcel travels the risk is ours: if it is lost or arrives damaged, we sort it out.
