Custom QR codes for physical spaces
Generate and download your team's QR codes to print on stands, flyers and any in-person touchpoint. Always linked to the digital card.
Over 30,000 companies connect every day with Lead2Team

A dynamic QR code is a QR whose address never changes and whose destination is edited from a dashboard: you print it once and from then on you can change what it opens as often as you need, without going back to the printer.
That is where it differs from single-use QR generators. A static QR has the address written inside it, so the day the destination page changes, the leaflet, the shop window or the poster you already printed stop working. If what you are after is the step by step, it is in how to make a business card with a QR code.

- In the shop window or at the counter, so the customer opens the profile of the rep who covers that store.
- On catalogues, dossiers and vehicle livery, where every reprint costs money.
- At trade fairs, next to the stand, with one QR per product so you learn what drew the most interest.
- On the back of a corporate NFC card, as a fallback for phones that do not read NFC.

What you can change without reprinting
The destination (another person's profile, a campaign landing page, a PDF), the colour and logo of the code itself, and the download in PNG or SVG for print. If what you want is the QR that saves your details straight into a phone's address book, that is a vCard with a QR code, and the code types and when to use each one are in the guide to QR codes for business cards.
Frequently asked questions
- It is a tool for creating QR codes linked to each employee's digital card. They are designed to be printed and used in physical spaces — trade show stands, leaflets, posters, the front desk, or any in-person point of contact.
- The employee's digital card opens straight away — with their contact details, connectors, and resources. From there, the person can save the contact, message, call, or book a meeting.
- The QR code's URL always stays the same, but the content it points to updates automatically. If an employee changes role, phone number or any other detail, whoever scans the QR code always sees the most up-to-date information — with nothing to reprint.
- You can download it in high-resolution SVG and PDF for printing. They're perfect to send straight to print and to add to physical cards, event badges, trade-show stands, brochures or point-of-sale posters.
- The QR code needs the scanner's phone to have a connection in order to open the digital card. The QR code itself requires nothing — it's printed and always available.
- Yes. You can customize the corporate colors and the QR code frame.
- When you create a QR code you can add a tracking tag to it. From the dashboard you have access to real-time metrics: contacts generated through each QR code, the channels customers use most, and a performance ranking by code.
- Yes. All leads and interactions captured through the QR code are recorded in the dashboard and can be exported or synced directly with your usual CRM.
A QR code itself doesn't expire. What can stop working is its destination: that's why Lead2Team uses dynamic QR codes, which point to a link you control and can change whenever you want without reprinting the code.
A static QR has the information baked in, so it can't be changed or measured. A dynamic QR points to an editable link: you can change the destination, brand it and measure every scan without generating a new code. Lead2Team cards use dynamic QR codes.
They don't compete: they're two ways to open the same digital card. NFC is handier in person (just hold the phone close) and a QR reaches anyone with a camera, even at a distance or in print. With Lead2Team you get both on the same card and choose to suit the moment.
What you can measure
How many scans each code has had, from which device and on which dates. With one QR per site or per rep, you can see which physical point is actually generating contacts. Each code can point at a person's digital business card, so the contact arrives already attributed.
