The Individual plan is free: one person, their digital card, forever. Individual PRO, for one person who wants no branding plus an email signature and full analytics, costs €3 a month in the first year billed yearly (€36, renewing at €54) or €4.99 a month. The Teams plan costs €1.67 per user per month in the first year when billed yearly (€20 per user, renewing at €30) or €2.99 per month billed monthly, from 2 users, with a 7-day trial, no credit card and no lock-in. Enterprise, for companies that need their own contract, custom integrations or hands-on support, is priced case by case. Prices exclude VAT.
Your full digital card: QR code, link, vCard, Apple and Google Wallet and a contact form. It works with the NFC card from the shop. It's for one person, never expires and asks for no credit card. It shows “Made with Lead2Team” and doesn't include the email signature or the team panel: that's what the Teams plan adds.
Per user with an active card, billed monthly (€2.99 per user per month, for any number of users) or yearly (€20 per user in the first year, €30 on renewal). You pay by card, SEPA or PayPal from your account and the invoice is issued automatically with your tax ID. No crossed-out prices: the only saving is yearly versus monthly. We let you know before each renewal.
It's the entry price: a third less on the annual plans. Teams costs €20 per user in the first year (€1.67 a month) and renews at €30; Individual PRO costs €36 and renews at €54. We let you know before each renewal. There is no first-year discount on monthly billing: there the price is €2.99 per user from day one.
No. Teams can be cancelled whenever you like from your account and won't renew. And the Individual plan is free and never expires, so your card keeps working even if you stop paying for the team.
Four, each with a start and an end date: Black Friday, year-end, the March quarter close and the September return. During those days the first year drops further and we say so with the date up front. Outside them, the price is the one on this page. What you won't find here is a countdown that starts again on Monday.
For companies that need their own terms, not just more users: a tailored contract and data processing agreement, security and IT questionnaires, invoicing with a purchase order and bank transfer, custom integration with their CRM or HR software, several brands or a custom domain, and a rollout led by our team with a dedicated account manager. Pricing is agreed in a proposal. If you only need to give cards to your workforce, the Teams plan does that from your own account.
Nothing on your side. Every month we work out the average number of active users and, if it has gone up, we adjust your subscription and charge only the proportional part until your next renewal. We let you know on the 25th with the amount.
You stop paying for that person at your next renewal. If you make a mistake when adding someone and fix it within 72 hours, it doesn't count.
You can grow to double your plan without doing anything. If you're about to go past that, we tell you the price and you confirm with one click. It's a safeguard against accidental bulk uploads, not a cap on the service.
Individual: help centre and tutorials. Teams: email support in your language, Monday to Friday. Enterprise: assisted rollout and a dedicated account manager, by email and phone.
