Shipping and delivery times
Produced in 2 working days. Then: Spain 2-3 days (€4.99) or express in 24 h (€29); European Union 5-7 days (€7.99); rest of the world 7-14 days (€44.99). You'll get the tracking number by email as soon as it ships. Times are estimates and depend on the carrier: they can vary and are not a guaranteed date.
International orders
Outside the European Union we ship with duties and taxes unpaid (DDU): customs in the destination country may charge fees on delivery that we cannot predict or collect in advance.
Returns and warranty
Every card is made and programmed to order (logo, colours, names and digital destination), so once the design is approved and production has started the right of withdrawal does not apply (art. 103.c of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007).
This does not affect your legal rights: if a card arrives faulty, misprinted or wrongly programmed, we replace it at no cost. Write to [email protected].
NFC compatibility
iPhone (XS or later): hold the card against the upper back of the phone. Android: against the centre back. No app needed.
NFC may not respond if the phone lacks it, has it switched off, is in battery-saver mode, locked on some models, or has the camera open. For those cases the card carries a printed QR code.

- It is a physical card with a built-in NFC chip. When you hold it near someone else's phone, your digital card opens instantly — no apps, no scanning, no typing details by hand.
- Compatible with iPhone 7 and later and most modern Android phones. On top of that, each card has a backup QR code on the back — if the phone doesn't have NFC, the QR code does exactly the same thing.
- The NFC card is linked to your Lead2Team digital profile. It shares everything you've set up on your card — contact details, connectors, catalog, videos, contact form and more.
- Yes. From the dashboard you can reassign the NFC card to another profile whenever you want — if someone changes role or leaves the company. The physical card is reused at no extra cost.
- Yes. NFC cards are encoded so you can manage them within the admin portal. You can reassign one to another person from the dashboard in seconds, without ordering a new card.
- Yes. The cards are printed with your logo, corporate colors and a custom design. Premium matte finish and high durability.
- Production within 48 hours of design approval (except large volumes, please ask). Delivery in 3–5 business days for Spain, Portugal and the rest of Europe. International shipping: minimum order required.
- Yes. From the dashboard you can register, assign and reassign all of your company's NFC cards. Each card is linked to a profile and you can manage them all from a single place.
- If you lose an NFC card, you deactivate it from the dashboard in seconds. No one will be able to access your profile with it.
- You can choose what the card opens when held near a phone: your full digital card, your vCard for direct contact download, your reviews card or any URL you need. And you can change it from the dashboard whenever you want, without touching the physical card.
When we approve your design, not when you pay. Until then the order is in your hands: you can upload the artwork the same day or two weeks later.
The days we quote are business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) and start counting on the next business day after approval. If we approve on a Friday afternoon, day one is Monday.

Delivery times are good-faith estimates, not a guaranteed date: the last leg is in a carrier's hands. We commit to delivering within a maximum of 30 calendar days from design approval.
Delays caused by an incomplete or wrong address, by nobody being there at delivery or the parcel being refused, by customs, or by force majeure (storms, strikes, carrier incidents) are not on us. In those cases we reschedule the delivery with you; a second shipment due to a wrong address or repeated absence may carry a cost, and we tell you beforehand.
None of this affects your rights: if the order does not arrive within the maximum period, you can ask us to deliver within a reasonable additional period and, failing that, cancel and get your money back. And while the parcel travels the risk is ours: if it is lost or arrives damaged, we sort it out.

Yes. A contact NFC card only holds a link to your public profile: it stores no sensitive data and can't read information from your phone. It only works at very close range (a few centimetres) and you always decide what details your card shows.
No. iPhones and most modern Android phones read NFC cards natively: just hold the card near the phone and a notification with your profile appears, with nothing to install.
The NFC chip has no battery and lasts for years of use (tens of thousands of taps). And because the Lead2Team card is dynamic, even if you change role or details you don't need a new card: you update the profile and the same card keeps working.
They don't compete: they're two ways to open the same digital card. NFC is handier in person (just hold the phone close) and a QR reaches anyone with a camera, even at a distance or in print. With Lead2Team you get both on the same card and choose to suit the moment.
The NFC chip transmits a URL to the smartphone. The phone's operating system (iOS or Android) detects that it's a web link and opens it automatically in the browser. No app or prior setup is needed.
Yes, in most cases. Silicone, plastic or thin leather cases don't block the NFC signal. Only thick metal cases or ones with powerful magnets can interfere. If it doesn't work, use the backup QR code on the back.
Between 1 and 4 centimetres. It's near-field communication by design: you need to bring the card close to the back of the phone for it to work. That's also a security advantage, because nobody can read your card without being physically next to you.
