Create multiple custom designs

Create different designs for departments, brands or sub-brands, all managed from a single panel.

How to create a new design

1. Go to Designs in the side menu
2. Click Create design or +
3. Customise the elements: colours, logo, typography
4. Give it a descriptive name (e.g. "Management Design", "Brand B Design")
5. Save the design

The design will be available to assign to cards.

Duplicating an existing design

Once you have created a design, you can duplicate it and start building another one.

1. At the top, in the design selector, click the Duplicate icon
2. Adjust the new design to your needs

💡 Tip: Keep a minimum of consistency between designs (same structure, different colours) so they are still recognisable as part of the same organisation.
