Web Assistant (floating widget)
The Web Assistant is a paid add-on that puts your team's digital cards inside your company website, as a help button so visitors can reach someone on the team.

What the Web Assistant is
The Web Assistant is not a chatbot. It gives the team visibility inside your website so visitors can get in touch using the buttons set up on each card (phone, WhatsApp, email and so on).
It makes the website feel less cold by showing real people. It works well for:
- Automotive
- Insurance
- Real estate
- Sectors where personal guidance matters
How to set up the Web Assistant
- Turn on the Web Assistant from Subscription
- Go to Share > Tools > Web Assistant
- Copy the HTML snippet
- Paste it into your website (or install the plugin if you prefer)
Filters available
The Web Assistant lets you create filters so different people show up depending on the section of the website:

|---|---|
| By team | Show only the sales team on the sales page |
| By person | Show one specific person |
| By location | Show the team from the nearest office |
In the Web Assistant section you will find the tables with each card's ID to use in the filters.
