I cannot add connectors
If you cannot add connectors to a card, either you have hit the limit or those connectors have to be managed from the Team Connector (the shared template).
Causes and fixes

| Team Manager not enabled | You cannot see the connectors option | Enable Team Manager |
| Connector limit reached | The add button does not appear | Remove connectors you no longer need |
| A Template is assigned | The connectors come from the Template | Edit the Template under Team Connectors |
| Browser glitch | Nothing happens when you click | Refresh the page, try another browser |
How to diagnose it
- Check that Team Manager is enabled
- Check whether the card has a Template assigned
- If it does, manage the connectors from Team Connectors
- Refresh the page and try again
