Create your first Template

Create a Template to define the connectors once and apply them to as many cards as you need.

⚠️ Important: You need Team Manager enabled.

How to create a Template

1. Go to Team Connectors (or Templates) in the side menu
2. Click Create Connector
3. Give it a descriptive name (for example "Sales Template")

Add dynamic connectors

Dynamic connectors are personalised for each person using tags:

1. Click Add connector
2. Choose the type (Email, Phone, LinkedIn)
3. In the value field, use the tag: {{email}}, {{telefono}}, {{linkedin}}

Add static connectors

Static connectors are the same for everybody (website, catalogue, video):

1. Click Add connector
2. Type the URL directly (no tags)

Order them and save

1. Drag the connectors to put them in order
2. Click Save

Next step

Assign the Template to your cards from Team Connectors > [your template] > Assign tab.

💡 Tip: Use the tag selector where it is available instead of typing the tags by hand. You will avoid typos.
