Email signature with QR

The email signature is an image with a QR code linked to your digital card. It works with any email provider (Gmail, Outlook).

How to get your email signature

Option 1: from the onboarding email

The account administrator has to send the onboarding email so that employees can download the signature image.

Option 2: from the dashboard (administrator)

1. Go to Share > Email signature
2. Pick the person
3. Download the signature image
4. Send the image to the employee

How to add it to your signature

1. Go to Settings > Signature in your email client (Gmail, Outlook...)
2. Insert the signature image you downloaded

💡 Tip: The signature image already carries the QR code with the link to your card. All you have to do is insert it in your email signature settings.
