Embed code for web embedding
The embed code is a snippet of HTML you paste into your website to show one person's digital card, or the whole team's, with its contact buttons, without the visitor leaving your page. You copy it from the Lead2Team dashboard and paste it where you want it to appear: the team page, the contact page or an advisor's profile.
How to get the code
- Go to Share > Tools > Web Assistant.
- Copy the HTML code shown there.
- To show only one person or one team, use the IDs from the table in that same section and add them to the code.
- Paste the code into your website, in the HTML block of your content manager (WordPress or any other that accepts HTML).
- Preview and adjust the size if needed.
What the embedded card shows
The same card the person shares by QR or NFC: photo, name, role and the active connectors (call, WhatsApp, email, calendar, social networks). The data is read from the platform, so when someone changes phone number or role the website updates on its own, without touching the code.
Embed, Web Assistant or Team Card
- HTML Embed Card: the card inside a specific page of your website, for example an advisor's profile or the contact page.
- Web Assistant: a floating button that appears across the whole website and lets the visitor choose who to talk to.
- Team Card: a page with the full directory and its own link, without touching your website.
If you need to show different teams on different pages (sales on one, after-sales on another), the IDs in the table let you do it with the same code.
💡 Tip: use the embed on your "Team" or "Contact" page. Visitors interact with the card without leaving your website.
Common questions
What people ask most about the card embedded on your site
What it shows, whether it is hard to integrate and how it differs from the Web Assistant.
- What information does the embedded card show?
- It shows the sales rep's details — photo, name, job title — and the contact channels they've set up on their digital card: WhatsApp, email, phone, Calendly and more. The visitor chooses how to get in touch directly from the page.
- Is it hard to integrate into my website?
- No. You add an HTML code snippet to the page where you want the card to appear.
- Can I embed different cards on different pages?
- Yes. You can show the card of the sales rep or advisor that matches each product, service or geographic area — each page with the right person.
- Does the card update automatically if the sales rep changes their details?
- Yes. The embedded card is linked to the employee's digital profile in Lead2Team. Any change to their details is reflected automatically on the website, without touching the code.
- How is it different from the Web Assistant?
- The Web Assistant is a floating widget that shows a whole team or group of advisors. The HTML Embed Card embeds a specific person's profile within the page content — ideal for linking a sales rep to a particular product.
- What kind of company is it designed for?
- It's especially useful in automotive, real estate and personalized services — sectors where the customer wants to know who will be helping them before getting in touch. It humanizes the website and builds more trust than a generic form.
