View generated contacts (date/time)

Every contact that comes in through your card is recorded with the exact date and time of the interaction. Nothing has to be written down by hand: as soon as someone taps Save contact and submits the form, the record appears in your dashboard with the moment it happened and the card that generated it.

What is stored

FieldDescription
NameFull name of the contact
EmailEmail address they provided
PhonePhone number, if they provided one
CompanyCompany they entered in the form
CommentsWhat they wrote when saving your contact
Source cardWhich team card generated the contact
DateExact day of the record

How to see them

  1. Go to your dashboard and open Contacts (depending on the account it may appear as Leads or Forms).
  2. You will see the list sorted by date, from the most recent contact to the oldest.
  3. Use the filters to narrow the search: by date, by card, by name or by email.
  4. Open a record to see all the details and the comment that person left.

If you want to know right away, switch on the email notification when you receive a contact and you get an alert with the details as soon as someone fills in the form.

What the date and time are for

  • See which days of the week generate the most contacts.
  • Know what time the people who write to you are most active.
  • Compare which team cards bring in the most contacts.
  • Measure the effect of a trade fair or a campaign by looking at the peaks.

馃挕 Tip: after an event, go through the contacts from the next 24 to 48 hours. They respond best, because they still remember the conversation.

What you can do next

Contacts stay in the platform, but the usual thing is to move them to your CRM: exporting contacts explains how to download them to Excel or automate the transfer. If you want to review where that data comes from, how the form works has the full journey, and the Save contact button shows what the other person sees on their phone.

Common questions

What people ask most about the contacts a card generates

How you know someone left their details, what can be measured and how it all reaches the CRM.

How do I know when a customer has left their details on my card?
You receive an automatic email notification every time a contact fills in your card's form, so you can respond and follow up commercially right away.
Can I measure who has viewed or interacted with my card?
Yes. From the dashboard you have access to metrics on visits, clicks per connector and leads generated by date and time. If you manage a team, you can see each person's activity.
Can I collect the other person's contact details?
Yes. Your card includes a built-in form where the contact can leave you their details. You can also take photos of physical cards and the OCR reader will extract the data in seconds.
Does the digital card connect with my CRM?
Yes. The contacts who receive your details or who leave theirs can go straight to your CRM, with no manual work.
What metrics can I measure for each QR code?
When you create a QR code you can add a tracking tag to it. From the dashboard you have access to real-time metrics: contacts generated through each QR code, the channels customers use most, and a performance ranking by code.
