What are Templates
Templates (or Team Connectors) are sets of connectors that you create once and assign to several cards. When you update the Template, the changes show up on every card using it.
⚠️ Important: Templates require Team Manager to be turned on.
The problem they solve
Without Templates, if you want 30 people to have the same connectors (website, catalogue, video), you have to set them up one by one. With Templates:
- You set up the connectors once
- They apply to every card
- If you change something, it updates everywhere
Types of connector in a Template
| Type | Example | Value | Personalised |
|---|---|---|---|
| Dynamic | {{email}} | ✅ Takes each person's email | |
| Dynamic | Phone | {{telefono}} | ✅ Takes each person's phone |
| Dynamic | {{linkedin}} | ✅ Takes each person's LinkedIn | |
| Static | Company website | www.company.com | ❌ The same for everyone |
| Static | PDF catalogue | link-to-the-pdf.com | ❌ The same for everyone |
What a Template is made of
- Name: so you can identify it (for example "Sales Template")
- Dynamic connectors: they use tags such as {{email}} and are personalised per person
- Static connectors: fixed values, the same for everyone
- Order: the order in which the connectors appear
💡 Tip: Combine dynamic connectors (personal data) with static ones (company resources) to get both at once.
