When to use Templates (Team Connectors)
Templates create a reusable connector structure that applies to several cards at once. When you update the Template, the change shows up on every card assigned to it.
When to use them
| Situation | Templates |
|---|---|
| A team of more than 5 people with connectors in common | ✅ |
| You need to update shared information often | ✅ |
| You want to guarantee brand consistency | ✅ |
| Different departments with different needs | ✅ |
| The team grows often | ✅ |
Dynamic tags available
| Tag | Replaced by | Example |
|---|---|---|
| {{email}} | The cardholder's email | [email protected] |
| {{telefono}} | The cardholder's phone | +34 612 345 678 |
| {{linkedin}} | LinkedIn URL | linkedin.com/in/mariagarcia |
Custom fields
You can create custom fields and add more tags. For example: {{direccion}}, {{centralita}}, {{zona_geografica}}.
A practical example
A sales team of 20 people. They all need:
- Email → {{email}} (dynamic)
- Phone → {{telefono}} (dynamic)
- LinkedIn → {{linkedin}} (dynamic)
- Company website → www.company.com (static)
- PDF catalogue → link to the PDF (static)
With individual connectors: 6 connectors × 20 people = 120 manual set-ups.
With one Template: you set it up once and it applies to all 20 cards.
⚠️ Important: Dynamic tags only work if the matching data is filled in on each person's profile.
💡 Tip: Mix dynamic connectors (with tags) and static ones (without tags) in the same Template.
