Roll-out for more than 200 users
The goal was to find a platform that would not add administrative burden.
To simplify data loading, Alsina manages more than 200 cards centrally using templates by business area and data import via Excel. No errors and no repetitive manual work.
Full control of onboarding and offboarding
The Alsina team now manages any change autonomously. When an employee joins or changes roles, their card is updated or reassigned instantly from the control panel. They no longer depend on anyone to operate.
An account manager centralizes new orders and configuration queries, so the tool grows at the company's pace without internal friction.
Efficient networking at trade fairs and events
After two years of use, the platform has proven its value especially in commercial settings and industry trade fairs. The data transfer is instant in meetings and at fairs, the contact is saved directly to the client's phone without losing information along the way, and the team has a card that reflects Alsina's identity with always up-to-date details.
Recurring printing costs have been eliminated and, above all, the hours of administrative work that the old format required. Today, the platform is a well-established tool in Alsina's operations.
