The tools that already connect
Lead2Team connects to the system where your people already are, so that everyone who joins gets an up-to-date digital card and everyone who leaves loses theirs without anyone doing it by hand.
Why connect it
A company of a hundred people goes through well over a hundred changes a year: joiners, leavers, promotions, department moves, a new phone number, a different office. Without a connection, every one of those changes is somebody's work. And the work that does not get done shows from the outside: the card of someone who left eight months ago is still up, there are job titles that expired last year and departments that no longer exist.
Connected, those four problems stop being problems:
- Onboarding stops being a list. Whoever joins has their card on day one, with nobody creating it by hand or chasing it by email.
- Offboarding stops being an oversight. When someone leaves, their card is withdrawn and they lose access. It does not depend on anyone remembering.
- The data stops living in two places. Job title and department are written once, where you already write them. If they change, they change on the card, in the signature and in the wallet.
- You govern access. If you leave only your own sign-in active, anyone without an account in your directory does not get in.
If your system is not on the list
Three routes remain, all within the team plans: the public API, webhooks and Zapier. They are used to build your own sync or to push captured contacts into your CRM. And if a particular tool is missing, tell us: the list is shaped by what customers ask for.
FAQ
The connection with your HR system, the public API and Zapier are part of the team plans. Signing in with Google or Microsoft too. Single sign-on against your own identity provider is Enterprise. You have the breakdown on pricing.
Not to begin with. Once connected it is on demand: you run it when you want. For it to run daily on its own you have to switch it on under Settings, in "Daily automatic sync". Until you do, nothing syncs by itself.
You choose the mode: delete their card, if you want no trace left, or hide it, if you would rather keep the history and the metrics. In both cases the person also stops being able to sign in to Lead2Team.
No. It goes from your system into Lead2Team, and only governs the fields you map. Nothing you do in Lead2Team changes your HR system or your directory.
Yes. You can connect one department, check that the field mapping is what you want, and open it to the rest afterwards.
Whoever authorises the connection needs administrator rights in the tool you are connecting. After that first step, day-to-day management does not need that permission.
The cards stay as they are. The connection is switched off and the workforce is managed from Lead2Team or from the new system, if it is on this list. And if it is not, through the API.
